I have some Adware on my computer that I can’t remove. It involves a shieldlike icon beside my clock that keeps flashing. It has a question mark in its notification bubble that has a red “x” in it. It’s called Virus Protect Pro, and it comes up when I single, double or right-click on the icon. I have launched the file several times but see no option to delete it. Can you help me?
